SN Training Expert 1

Qualifications and Skills

•          At least a M.Sc. level University degree or equivalent professional experience of not less than 10 years;
•         Deep knowledge of concerned EU legislation and best practice in the requested field, i.e. the expertise in the ETS and MRV systems of the EU;
•         Proven research and presentation skills;
•          Experience in legal drafting;
•          Excellent communication and reporting skills;
•         Fluency in written and spoken English;

Professional Experience

•         At least 10 years of general professional experience;
•          Proven record of at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the concerned field;
•          Working experience of working in/with the public authorities and/or consultant;
•         Working experience in the EU Member and/or Candidate States;
•         Working experience in the ENP region would be an asset.
