GDSI Limited is shortlisted for the EU-funded tender: EU4Youth coordination and policy support for the Eastern Partnership region.

Deputy Team Leader’s responsibilities will include (indicative 450 working days):

·       Provision of thematic inputs and related content development;

·      Coordination and validation of the thematic expertise provided by non-key experts, in particular the EU4Youth National Focal Points;

·      Programme-level results framework and related monitoring processes, incl. coordination and validation of expertise by non-key experts;

·      In case of absences of the team leader, his/her replacement and related tasks.

 Required Qualifications and skills:

·       A university degree (Bachelor or higher) in social sciences, political sciences, international relations, economics, law, or another relevant, directly related discipline;

·       Knowledge of Russian or other languages used in the Eastern partnership countries would be an asset;

·       Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the area of international cooperation;

·   Minimum 5 years of professional experience on youth related topics (e.g. youth policies, youth engagement, education and skills development and youth employment, youth work, disadvantaged youth, etc.);

·     At least 3 years of professional experience in the design of youth policies and/or support to related policy dialogue in the EU and its Member States and/or in EU Neighbourhood and Enlargement regions;

·   At least 5 years of experience with the implementation and/or monitoring of EU-funded projects in the Neighbourhood and/or Enlargement regions;

·    Out of these 5 years of experience on EU-funded projects in the Neighbourhood and/or Enlargement regions, minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Eastern Partnership region.
