About the position

You are the new Client Success Officer for SCOPEinsight!

Join a diverse and highly motivated team, playing an instrumental role in further professionalizing and positioning the company. As a Client Success Officer, your main responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients in the implementation of SCOPE® tools and services, collaborating closely with them.
  • Planning assessor training and providing practical support during the project implementation process.
  • Ensuring timely delivery and managing quality control of products and services. You'll actively contribute to enhancing the efficiency of our processes for operational excellence.
  • Coordinating with other team members for complementary services, such as Business Intelligence products and Consultancy.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining SCOPEinsight's Ambassador Program for certified Assessors.

Your ultimate goal is to ensure client satisfaction and happiness.


To excel in this role, we seek individuals who combine qualifications with passion:

We require:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a relevant field;
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget control;
  • Experience in international businesses is a preferred;
  • Work permit for the Netherlands;
  • Excellent command of the English language verbally and in writing is a must;
  • Proficiency in French and/or Spanish language is highly preferred;
  • Experience in building and engaging communities around a brand, fostering a sense of belonging among clients and partners.
  • Comfortable with various applications, including TeamLeader, Zoho One, Google Workspace, LearnWorlds, FreshWorks, and adaptable to new tools;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams globally in a remote setting;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong presentation abilities;
  • A hands-on, accurate, and practical mindset with an eye for detail;
  • Effective planner, delivering on time in a high-energy environment;
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to increase SCOPEinsight’s business;
  • A positive energy, eager to share ideas and takes pride in making operational improvements;
  • Genuine interest in our field of work and enthusiasm about our mission;
  • Self-starter, quick learner, naturally curious, and an effective team player;
