Description
- Combining proven solid experience with a functioning point-based credit system.
- Qualifications frameworks and recognition of prior learning/validation of non-formal and informal learning.
- Solid knowledge of the qualification systems of the EU/EEA countries and the ETF partner countries.
- Knowledge of credit systems outside of the EU/EEA.
- Experience in policy advice as well as research planning and implementation. (Category I).
- C1 level of English and Albanian in reading, writing, and oral conversation.
- Excellent qualitative research and analytical skills confirmed by a list of publications (please include links where available).
- Strong communication skills, oral and written, and solid stakeholders’ engagement and workshop facilitation experience.
