Qualifications and skills
-Bachelors' or higher degree in civil engineering or city and regional planning,. In the absence of a university degree in these fields, a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of transportplanning/modelling/management and/or intelligent transport systems planning/management is required;
-Excellent spoken and written English;
-Good level of computer literacy.
General professional experience
-Minimum 15 years of general professional experience.
Specific professional experience
-Minimum 3 years of experience in EU projects to support ITS and C-ITS policies;
-Minimum 1 year experience in development of ITS master plans and strategies;
-Experience in minimum two projects that involve implementation of ITS for sustainable mobility such as with UV AR, LEZ, traffic management and similar.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and/or implementation of intelligent transport systems (ITS) applications and services.
