Key expert 2: ITS and management expert - Gaziantep

Key expert 2 (ITS and management expert) will work at minimum 80% of his/her time in Gaziantep.
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelors' or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering, civil engineering or electronics engineering. In the absence of a university degree in these fields, a minimum of I 0 years of experience in development of interoperable software systems for an ITS is required,
• Excellent spoken and written English,
• Good level of computer literacy.

General professional experience
• Minimum 10 years of general professional experience.

Specific professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in development of interoperable software systems for an ITS such as traffic management centre, public transport optimization, parking management and similar
• Experience in minimum 2 projects in the field of big data management and/or big data use in mobility in transport sector.
