We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to our Supply Department!

Are you ready to make an impact on a global scale? We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our Supply Department! If you’re fluent in English and possibly other languages like French, Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, this could be your next big opportunity!

THE ROLE

The role focuses on international supply contracts in which the working language is English – other languages such as French, Mandarin, Spanish and Portuguese can also be seen as highly desirable.

As part of the Supply team, the coordinator reports to the Head of Department and is responsible for the end-to-end process of tender selection and preparation for submission. The role sits within a team of dedicated sourcing professionals who are actively developing JGH’s business around the world.

Primary tasks include:

  • Prospecting of new projects across the world, funded by various donor organizations.
  • Full ownership of bid preparation and the budgeting of offers.
  • Evaluating different business cases, incorporating various functions such as sales, procurement, and logistics.
  • Handling preparation and bid submission of tenders in multiple languages.
  • Dealing with established suppliers and continuously looking for new suppliers globally.


Some international travel can be expected, depending on the requirements of the projects at hand.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You have experience working internationally and have ideally done business in the global south.You are proactive and have no trouble taking ownership.You can work to deadlines and are a strong manager of your own time.You can juggle multiple projects at the same timeYou are a strong communicator and enjoy the contact that comes with working through people and collaboration.
