Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. At least 5 years of experience in designing and developing databases. Designing databases with both front-end and back-end users in mind. Proficiency in data manipulation languages, mainly MS SQL. Experience of developing stored procedures, triggers, jobs etc.

Advanced certification as an MCDBA or MCSD for .NET is advantageous.
