Team of experts: Northern Corridor Infrastructure Masterplan Update, Analytical comparative cost study and Projects Investment Prospectus for two priority projects

We are currently working on a project funded by the SEA to support a Northern Corridor Infrastructure Masterplan Update, Analytical comparative cost study and Projects Investment Prospectus for two priority projects, under Lot 4 (Sustainable transport, infrastructures, green cities, connectivity and sustainable mobility).  

We are looking for profiles to fill the team of experts:

• One of the team members will be appointed as the team leader. He/She will have qualifications in Transport planning, Transport engineering, Highway engineering or Transport economics. He/She will be a Category I Expert.
• The other team members will have minimum experience and qualifications of Category II with expertise in the following areas:
  • Transport infrastructure
  • Transport economics
  • Freight and logistics
  • Urban planning
  • Infrastructure projects financing
  • Public-private partnerships
  • Environmental and social impact assessments
  • Economics
  • Social development
  • Law
• All members of the team shall possess a level C2 expertise of English. Additionally; some of the team members must be conversant with French
