Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Finance / Management / Law.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience in Procurement Management / Administration.
• Experience in Eastern Europe would be preferred.
• Must have rich experience in handling road construction / rehabilitation projects funded by EBRD / EIB / World Bank / ADB etc.
