The Expert in institutional reforms (Deputy Team Leader) will support/back-up the Team Leader and will have overall responsibility for the implementation of the project activities related to the EU acquis alignment and implementation and to Public Administration Reform (including coordination of the work of other key experts/non-key experts).
He/she will provide substantial technical input to the Negotiations Working Groups (NWGs) established by the Moldovan Government in view of undergoing the EU Accession process and will coordinate input of other non-key experts support to the NWGs and to Specific Objective 1. He/she contribute to the work related to increasing the public administration’s capacity in order to demonstrate the ability to take on the obligations of EU membership.
The Expert in institutional reforms will work with the Communication Manager on designing and implementing the internship programmes.

This position is allocated to a part-time position.
