Call for Experts- Maldives Public Financial Management (PFM) Activity

Cadmus is seeking qualified long and short-term Technical Experts for the anticipated USAID-funded Maldives Public Financial Management (PFM) Activity. The new 5-year activity is to strengthen Maldivian public financial management capacity.

Key activity themes may include:

(a) Improving revenue generation and expenditure controls.

(b) Supporting decentralization.

(c) Assisting deployment of e-government systems.

(d) Building the capacity of civil service training institutions.

Long and short-term Technical Experts will provide expertise across the range of tasks and activities anticipated under Maldives (PFM) Activity, supporting core project functions or on-demand technical assistance to achieve the project’s goal and objectives.

Cadmus is seeking professionals in the fields of:

· Domestic Revenue Mobilization

· Public financial management (PFM)

· De-centralization

· E-Government Systems

· Capacity Building

· USAID project operations and financial management

· Communications

· Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning

· Gender and Social Inclusion

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; master’s degree preferred.

· English proficiency (written and spoken). Fluency in Dhivehi is preferred.

· National candidates and those with work authorization in the Maldives are highly encouraged to apply.
