Social Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) Expert / Framework services agreement for provision of consultancy services for Co-creation of social behaviour change solutions for Enabel Projects in Uganda

Catégorie 1 (Xp plus de 12 ans)

Master’s degree in either communication, marketing or social and behavioural sciences (Specialised training in Human Centered Design). At least 5 years of proven recent experience in planning, designing and implementing social behaviour change programmes. At least 5 years proven experience in the designing, implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation Social Behaviour Change programmes in either the health (e.g., health education and promotion) or education or skilling sectors. Experience in designing social behaviour change campaigns delivered via various media, community dialogues, community radios, peer education etc. Creative and out of the box thinker demonstrated by a record of successful SBCC campaigns designed and led by the expert. Ability to effectively work with populations in both rural and urban communities. Ability to work in a sensitive and collaborative manner; working with others to support positive change. Ability to organize and facilitate workshops. Proven experience in coaching and training Good knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, and Database)
