Micromentor’s business model functions as part nonprofit and part social-enterprise, with revenue coming both from grants, and our paid B2B Mentorship-as-a-Service and corporate employee engagement offerings.
The Business to Business (B2B) Lead Generation Specialist will work directly with the Growth Marketing Manager, Director of Product & Growth and will work closely with the Director of Programs & Innovations, the Business Development Manager the Executive Director, and cross functionally with all other Micromentor teams to ensure Micromentor meets its revenue goals. We are looking for someone who is interested in forming a longer partnership with Micromentor and potentially continuing work beyond the initial consultancy.
Purpose / Project Description:
MicroMentor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to manage our top-of-funnel lead generation efforts. As a B2B Lead Generation Contractor, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing new leads for our B2B Mentoring-as-a-Service / Employee Engagement offerings. Your role will focus on initiating and engaging in conversations with potential leads, primarily through LinkedIn, to create opportunities that reflect genuine interest from prospects. This position will play a crucial role in expanding MicroMentor's footprint as a social enterprise by building and managing a robust pipeline of potential clients.
