Context
The Treasury Division forms part of the Department of Financial and Administrative Management and is responsible for the custody and investment of IOM’s cash resources and all banking relationships and services.
The Treasury Division is responsible for all liquidity, cash management and investment management in IOM. Treasury is increasingly tasked to provide practical support and lead strategical development for banking solutions across IOM.
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Treasury Project Officer, the successful candidate will take on the role of Treasury Business Specialist. In this capacity, the Treasury Officer will act as the primary point of contact for Oracle ERP (WAVE) related Treasury business processes and prepare the local offices to leverage IOM’s straight-through payment solution utilising FIS Trax (DHOTS).
The Treasury Officer will be a member of the Treasury Projects Team, working closely with the Treasury Team, IOM administrative units, and Country Offices to support the end users in the transition to utilising Treasury related solutions.

For this position, fluency in English is required (oral and written).
IOM’s official languages are English, French and Spanish. All staff members are required to be fluent in one of the the three languages.
