Description
Objective of the Assignment
The primary objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive gender study on the enrollment of women and girls in male-dominated Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs. The study aims to:
- Identify key factors influencing the enrollment of women and girls in male-dominated TVET fields
- Develop and implement an inclusive and gender-sensitive communication strategy for TVET programs to encourage greater participation of underrepresented groups
- Increase awareness and understanding of the importance of gender equality and inclusivity in TVET
- Promote participation and inclusion of women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals in male-dominated TVET fields by addressing systemic barriers and fostering an enabling environment
Key Expert and Qualifications
