Description
Objective of the Assignment
The primary objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive gender study on the enrollment of women and gender-diverse individuals in male-dominated Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs. This study aims to:
- Identify key factors influencing the enrollment of women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals in male-dominated TVET fields
- Develop and implement an inclusive and gender-sensitive communication strategy for TVET programs to encourage broader participation of underrepresented groups
- Increase awareness and understanding of the importance of gender equality, inclusion, and diversity in TVET
- Promote participation and inclusion of women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals in male-dominated TVET programs by addressing systemic barriers and fostering an enabling environment
