Description

Objective of the Assignment

The primary objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive gender study on the enrollment of women and gender-diverse individuals in male-dominated Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs. This study aims to:

  1. Identify key factors influencing the enrollment of women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals in male-dominated TVET fields
  2. Develop and implement an inclusive and gender-sensitive communication strategy for TVET programs to encourage broader participation of underrepresented groups
  3. Increase awareness and understanding of the importance of gender equality, inclusion, and diversity in TVET
  4. Promote participation and inclusion of women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals in male-dominated TVET programs by addressing systemic barriers and fostering an enabling environment

(M&E) Experts - Qualifications

Position Educational Qualifications Required Experience
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist - Master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Measurement, Quality Assurance, or a related field - Minimum 7 years of experience in developing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools and results-based frameworks
- Proven expertise in measuring impact and effectiveness of educational and TVET programs
- Experience in gender-sensitive and inclusive evaluation methodologies
- Strong ability to analyze and report gender-disaggregated data to ensure equitable outcomes in TVET policies and programs
