SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS HIGHWAY - Various Positions

Louis Berger is currently looking for professionals with international expirience in the Road/Bridge Sector  (Supervision of Highways) for the project in Georgia.

We are looking to fill in the following positions:

1. Senior Road Engineer - Civil engineering degree. Preferably 10 years of relevant experience in the supervision of road construction/reconstruction/modernization projects on the position of a deputy team leader or resident/road engineer or equivalent.
   Advantage will be given to the candidate with the experience on large scale highway projects under either FIDIC Red Book or FIDIC MDB harmonized version conditions of contract.
2. Bridge/Structural Engineer - Master’s Degree in civil engineering with specialization in bridge engineering or
   equivalent. Preferably 10 years of relevant experience in bridge construction supervision assignments on the position of a bridge/structural engineer or equivalent.
3. Senior Bridge Engineer - Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in bridge engineering or equivalent. Preferably 15 years of international experience in design and/or construction and/or construction supervision works. Preferably 10 years of relevant international experience in highway bridge construction supervision, including 5 years under either FIDIC Red Book or FIDIC MDB harmonized version conditions of contract.
4. Pavement Engineer - Civil engineering degree. Preferably 10 years of international experience as a pavement engineer in highway construction projects, including 5 years under either FIDIC Red Book or FIDIC MDB harmonized version conditions of contract
5. Senior Geotechnical Engineer - Geotechnical Engineering degree or equivalent. Preferably 15 years of international experience in civil works. Preferably 10 years of international experience in construction of large scale and complex road projects, including 5 years under either FIDIC Red Book or FIDIC MDB harmonized version conditions of contract.
6. Material / Quality Enginner - Civil Engineering degree or equivalent. Preferably 15 years of international experience as a Material Engineer / Quality Control Specialist, including 10 years of experience in construction of road construction projects, out of which 5 years under either FIDIC Red Book or FIDIC MDB harmonized version conditions of contract.
7. Resettlement and Social Specialist - Degree in Sociology, Political Science, Law, Geography, Urban Planning, Engineering, Land Management or equivalent. Preferably 10 years of international experience as a resettlement and social development specialist in accordance with international best practices, including 5 years of international experience in accordance with IFIs’ environmental and social safeguard policies.
8. Environmental Specialist - Degree in Environmental Studies or any other related fields. Preferably 10 years of relevant international experience as an environmental expert, including 5 years of experience in environmental monitoring of road construction/reconstruction/rehabilitation works.
9. HSE - Health and Safety expert with preferably 5 years of experience in reviewing H&S plans, identification of H&S risks on a construction site and site auditing. Advantage will be given to the expert being familiar with national laws and regulations
10. Road Safety Specialist - Preferably 5 years’ relevant experience in the supervision of road projects. Preferably 3 years of experience in undertaking Road Safety Audits and/or Road Safety Inspections of highways.
11. Delay Quantum Expert - Preferably 10 years’ experience in project planning, data analysis, resource allocation, project progress monitoring.
