Value Engineering Expert (2 Man-Months)

Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering with advanced degree in engineering business administration or a related field. Professional certification in Value Engineering or Project Management is highly recommended.

Experience:

• ·       Minimum 10 years of general experience in value engineering of civil construction projects including highways and bridge projects.
• ·       Should have sound and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ·       Should have experience of identifying cost saving opportunities of three infrastructure projects in countries other than home country.
• ·       Sound knowledge in business models, economic analysis and strong communications skills is preferred.
