The opportunity is for Airports Authority of India (AAI) for understanding existing concession models and submittign recommendations for new concession models & prepare draft RFPs/ Agreements for new concession models. The detailed scope of work is as follows:

• Review current practice of appointing concessionaires for major facilities at AAI Airports
• Comparative assessment of alternative concession models
• Feasibility assessment at selected 1 or 2 airports of AAI
• Financial modelling
• Preparation of tender/ RFP, Concession Agreement & Service Level Agreements for new concession model
• Implementation Support for 1 year
