Preparing Investments to Improve Thailand’s Urban Air, Heat and Water

The objective and purpose of this assignment is to assist the Government of Thailand prepare two investment projects for prospective financing by the Asian. The assignment should start in April 2026 and end by 30 June 2027 (approximately 18 months). The input of a Wastewater and drainage (Civil) engineer will be 3 persons months.

Requirements: 

The consultant will hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the assignment (Science, Engineering), have at least 8 years of relevant professional experience, and at least 5 years of relevant flood modelling and protection experience (design / construction of flood risk mitigation infrastructure, or wastewater treatment infrastructure, flood / modelling, hydrology, hydraulics, surveying, etc).
