Preparing Investments to Improve Thailand’s Urban Air, Heat and Water

The objective and purpose of this assignment is to assist the Government of Thailand prepare two investment projects for prospective financing by the Asian. The assignment should start in April 2026 and end by 30 June 2027 (approximately 18 months). The input of an Industrial emissions expert will be 1.5 persons months.

 Requirements: 

The Industrial emissions expert will hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the assignment (Science, Engineering), have at least 8 years of relevant professional experience, and at least 5 years of relevant processing industry experience (design or operation of process equipment, monitoring and control of process atmospheric emissions, continuous emissions monitoring systems, scrubbers, electrostatic precipitators, baghouse filters, cyclones, selective catalytic reduction systems, activated carbon systems, etc.).
