Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise existing medical projects, monitor their performance and progress, identify challenges and difficulties, and submit periodic reports to project managers.
Assess health, nutritional, and humanitarian needs in the work area, submit proposals based on on-the-ground needs, and propose projects and support for new centers.
Conduct periodic visits to health facilities under supervision, review all logistical and administrative details related to the center, and work to resolve any issues in cooperation with the project manager, submitting visit reports to the project manager.
Coordinate and supervise all medical departments within the projects to ensure the provision of high-quality medical services, evaluate medical staff, and propose necessary training.
Actively participate in preparing narrative reports, identifying difficulties, proposals, and risks, and determining lessons learned from the implementation of medical projects in collaboration with facility managers, and discuss these with the project manager.
Hold regular meetings with medical project managers to identify areas for improvement and submit periodic reports to the project manager.
Coordinate with health authorities and relevant authorities in other sectors that can contribute to supporting the supervised health facilities. Representing the organization before health directorates, attending meetings, and coordinating cooperation with directorates and health partners at the local level.
Collecting medical project reports in a timely manner, ensuring the collection of relevant health data, and discussing them with the Health Data Management and Project Manager.
Monitoring the dispensing and rationalization of medication consumption in affiliated health facilities, and reviewing consumption reports with the Central Warehouse Unit.
Submitting employee attendance records from health facilities to the Project Manager on schedule, after discussing them with the facility administrators.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in medical practice.
Good command of English (speaking and writing).
At least one year of experience in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Ability to travel within liberated northern Syria.
