Hydrological / Drainage Engineer

We are shortlisted by The African Development Bank for Request for Proposals for “Consultancy Service for City-Wide Inclusive Sanitation Concept Design and Storm Water Drainage System for Caxito and Ondjiva Towns” in Angola.

Moreover, we have executed project assignments in multiple sectors funded by World Bank, African Development Bank, Afri-Exim Bank, UNDP in more than 9+ countries in Sub Saharan African countries.

Position: Hydrological / Drainage Engineer

Required Experience: 

• ·       Degree in Civil/Hydraulic/Sanitary engineering. Post-graduation Degree in Hydraulic/Sanitary is a plus
• ·       At least 12 years post qualification working experience in flood estimation, hydraulic calculations, drainage design and detailing, and 4 years in leadership position
• ·       Working experience in at least 6 roads projects within the minimum 12 years’ experience as drainage engineer, and in 4 similar road design projects in urban environment working as Drainage engineer
• ·       Working experience in the Sub-Saharan African countries at least three years; working experience in Angola will be a plus
• ·       Should possess good working communication skills in Portuguese and English
