Project Manager/ Resident Engineer (Full-time - 13 Man-Months) – International Position

Education:

·        BSc. in road construction

·        Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering/ Construction Management or related field will be an advantage.

Experience:

·   Road engineer with 15 years of experience in highway engineering, and (or) construction supervision of roads with asphalt-concrete pavements.

·   Must have experience in the position of Project Manager and (or) Deputy Project Manager/Resident Engineer in supervision of road construction/reconstruction on similar projects. At least two (2) successfully completed road construction/reconstruction projects financed by International Financial Institutions, of at least 2 years each

·      The candidate for this position should be familiar with various international road construction standards and have experience as a FIDIC Contracts Engineer.

·      The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in English language for communication in his/her area of expertise (The employer has the right to conduct interview with the applicant)

·        Experience in similar projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan will be an advantage.
