Quality/Materials Engineer (Full-time - 13 Man-Months) – National Position

Education:

·        BSc. in road construction / civil engineering / testing of materials

Experience:

·        10 years of experience in material testing in the construction of road projects.

·  Must have experience in the position of Quality and Materials Engineer in construction/reconstruction and (or) supervision of construction/reconstruction of roads on similar projects, as well as experience in the proposed position in at least two (2) successfully completed technical supervision projects for the construction/reconstruction of highways with asphalt concrete pavement, of at least 2 years each.

·        The candidate for this position should know the norms and standards established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of materials and quality during the construction/reconstruction of roads.

·        Experience in similar projects funded by International Financial Institutions is an advantage.
