Local Expert in Communication

We are looking for a Local Expert in Communication to support the visibility, outreach, and citizen-facing communication activities of the project in Kyiv. The selected expert will contribute to the preparation of communication materials, awareness-raising campaigns, public events, dissemination of results, and stakeholder engagement initiatives related to cybersecurity and digital transformation. This role is essential to help communicate project objectives and results clearly and effectively to different audiences.

Duration: up to 33 months

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Minimum requirements

The proposed expert must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree in Communication, International Relations, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in digital transformation and/or other fields related to the subject matter of the contract.
• At least six (6) years of professional experience in managing digital transformation or digital development campaigns addressed to citizens.
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in positions directly or indirectly related to Public Administration in a European country.
• C2 level in Ukrainian and B2 level in English.
