Zagreb Holding Municipal Bases

The general objective of this assignment is to provide support to ZH towards: 
•          establishing optimal setup of small and medium bases, 
•          developing central municipal base and 
•          developing efficient headquarters for administrative purposes, 
taking into account background information related to current setup of small and medium bases and 
administrative subsidiaries' headquarters. As a result, ZH will gain an actionable conceptual solution of municipal bases (both small/medium 
and central base) as well as administrative headquarters, with feasible timeline and support in its implementation.

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree or academic equivalent in economics, accounting, finance, business administration, political sciences, engineering, international relations or an equivalent field relevant for the Assignment. (Minimum Requirement)
• At least 10 years of professional experience in economic, financial, strategic or technical or technological advisory (Minimum Requirement)
• Experience  developing  financial models for infrastructure investments, including Capex/Opex forecasting, cash-flow modelling, and scenario analysis as evidenced by at least 2 completed assignments (Minimum Requirement)
• Experience mapping and assessing EU or ESG linked financing options (e.g., cohesion policy funds, green bonds, sustainability linked instruments) as evidenced by at least 1 completed assignment (Minimum Requirement)
• Excellent command of written and spoken Croatian language (CEFR C1) (Minimum Requirement)
• Excellent  command of written and spoken English  language  (CEFR C1) (Minimum Requirement)
