Energy Sector - KE1 - EU Team Leader – Senior Energy & Institutional Development Expert

The overall objective of this action for the upcomnig tender is: 

To facilitate the harmonisation with EU standards and practices by promoting the Green Agenda in Tiirkiye's while fostering transition to greener and low-carbon energy. 

The Consultant is looking for experts for its Expert Pool. The qualifications follow: 

Team Leader – Senior Energy & Institutional Development Expert

Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline (preferred). 

General Professional Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience. 

Specific Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Team Leader in technical assistance projects.
• Proven experience in EU-funded projects as Team Leader or Key Expert is considered a strong asset.
  In the absence of such roles, extensive involvement as a Non-Key Expert in multiple EU-funded projects is required.
• Demonstrated experience in at least:
• 2 projects in energy, electricity or infrastructure sectors,
• 1 project related to capacity building and/or institutional reform.

• Stakeholder coordination and multi-institutional engagement
