Description of Contract: Capital Renovation of kindergarten #160 in Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan city

The main objective of the task is to capitally renovate kindergarten #160 in Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan city.
The design contains the following works to complete (please follow BoQ):

• Full replacement of the building’s roof,
• Installment of doors, vitrages and windows with high thermal-phisical indicators,
• Thermal insulation of roof cover,
• Thermal insulation of heating radiator niches,
• Reinforcement of connecting units between the buildings,
• Renovation of external concrete platforms and staircases,
• Renovation of water supply, sanitation, power supply, heating and ventilation systems,
• Implementation of internal and external finishing works.
