Objective and Purpose of the Assignment:
Overall objective: Contribute to at least 70% of bio-slurry, animal waste is converted to organic fertilizer for agricultural farming, increasing efficiency of agricultural production in the project’s provinces, protecting envirnment, and reducing GHG emission. 2.2 Specific objectives 1) Research and finalize design and manufacturing of synchronous livestock wate seperating equipment which has specifications similar to Western ones and cheaper 25-30%, made in Vietnam, suitable to local conditions of Vietnam. 2) Research and finalize synchronous seperating technologies, from pig farming wase and biogas sludges 3) Research and finalize the technology of earth worm production to treat solid waste of pig farming and biogas plant which has similar efficiency of cattle dung application. 4) Research and finalize technology of liquid waste of pig farming and biogas plant, minimizing the environmental polution. 5) Research and finalize technology of biological, organic-mineral, and micro-biological organic fertilizer from waste of pig farming and biogas plant to replace the peat coal. 6) Research and recommend policies of collecting, processing of livestock waste and biogas sludge 7) Piloting successfully 10 models of organic fertilizer application in 10 project provinces to produce safe, VietGAP and/or organic agricultural products.
