Scope of Contract: Rehabilitation and construction of District Administration Office which is to be built on a plot of total floor area of 703 square meters in Garbaharay town, Gedo region, Jubaland State of Somalia and will consist of the following three Blocks: Block A - three offices, one meeting room, one store, two toilets, a veranda and a lobby; Block B - three offices, one toilet and a veranda and Block D - five offices, one meeting room, one single toilet, two additional toilets with five cubicles each a public foyer and a corridor. 

Duration of Contract: 5 months.
