Project Description:

The purpose of the EC support is to ensure that learners of Liberia benefit from improved relevance, quality and provision of education. The contribution by the present contract to this overall objective will be to carry out a Technical Audit of the civil works contracts (both works and supervision, in total around 11 individual contracts) signed by the EU to date under this financing decision, to recommend corrective actions, and to draw lessons for similar future civil works contracts in Liberia.
