Description:
The EIPAHA brings together key stakeholders such as end users, public authorities and industry. All of these are actors in the innovation cycle, from research to adaptation, along with those engaged in standardisation and regulation. The partnership provides these actors with a forum in which they can cooperate, united around a common vision that values older people and their contribution to society, identify and overcome potential innovations barriers and mobilize instruments.
The PROEIPAHA project coordinates efforts to support the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing (EIPAHA) during 2015 and 2016. The project will work to improve internal cooperation in EIPAHA, and to increase its external influence and is funded by the European Commission under the framework programme Horizon2020.
Open Evidence, in particular, is in charge of developing several “policy apps”:
– the matchmaking tool for stakeholders, that facilitates collaboration between the stakeholders
– the progress tracking tool that maps what the commitments are doing
– the commentable versions of the main reports.
