Project title: ISDA Support Project

Contract Reference Number: 09/2018

Assignment: Preparation of ADISA local Government collocation service delivery study

The overall objective of the assignment is to support ADISA in implementing the collocation of front-office delivery of administrative central government services with local governments in 45 municipalities through establishing a framework approach via a feasibility study, as well as ensuring its piloting.

The assignment is expected to take advantage of synergies with the work of the UNDP-managed Donor Pool Fund Project in support of the territorial and administrative reform in Albania (STAR II), the EU-funded ‘Municipalities for Europe” project, as well as ISDA Support activity in support of the operationalization of the mobile physical delivery channel to increase service access in remote areas in Albania.

Duration: The whole assignment is foreseen to be completed in one hundred and fifty (150) working days within a period of twelve (12) months from the contract start date
