Scope of Contract: Operational Manual on ET-based Water Accounting (Pilot in Gao-Cheng) and Study on Demonstration on ET-based Water Accounting.Consulting contents: develop water accounting manual / technical guidelines based on water consumption (ET) / water environmental capacity(EC) combined with the actual situation in China and project area and learning from foreign water accounting related experience. Take Industrial Park (or typical industrial enterprises) and irrigation area as pilot, form accounting report standards in the area of the project, and can be used for the GEFf integrated water resources and water environment management promotion (mainstreaming) pilot project demonstration area planning, provide decision-making basis for strengthening the supervision and management of water, lowering the cost and improving the efficiency.
