Scope of Contract: International Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) consultant. The project consists of 3 components: (i) Dam safety rehabilitation; (ii) Dam safety management and Planning; (iii) Project Management Support.
The project is implemented in three regions: i) Northern region including Red river delta; ii) Central region including North, Central coast and South Central; and (iii) Central Highlands region. These are regions where there's a large number of dams which were built long time ago, given little investment in major repair, upgrade, suffered from natural hazards and in high risk of failure.
