Brief Project Description: This project covering Adıyaman, Ağrı, Bingöl, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Malatya, Kahramanmaraş, Mardin, Tunceli and Şanlıurfa Provinces is implemented by TOKİ within this framework.
The project consists of the Consultancy Services for Construction and Post-construction Works, Inter Block Infrastructure, General Infrastructure and Landscaping works of 5244 Dwellings, 1 Hospital with 50 Bed Capacity, 8 Nursing House, 6 Mosques, 6 Pharmacies, 1 Kindergarten, 3 Primary Schools with 16 Classrooms, 1 Primary School with 24 Classrooms, 2 Primary Schools with 32 Classrooms, 2 High Schools with 16 Classrooms, 1 High School with 24 Classrooms, 7 High Schools with 32 Classrooms, 1 High School with 40 Classrooms, 1 Tourism and Hotel High School, 3 200 People Capacity Guests, 4 300 People Capacity Guest, 3 Love House, 3 Buildings, 35 Gendarme Facility, 1 Restoration,  2 Canteens, 8 Workshops, 4 Commercial Centers, 1 Culture  Centre, 2 Social Facilities.
