Project title: USAID Resilient Cities Asia

Description: The purpose of this contract is to support secondary cities in Asia to become more resilient to a wide range of climatic impacts by increasing their access to financing, with special emphasis on leveraging private sector investment. This contract will establish a mechanism for USAID Operating Units (e.g., bureaus, and regional and bilateral missions) to increase urban resilience in Asia through the provision of technical assistance and capacity development services. Through this contract, USAID will support cities in the development of better resilience projects, and link those project ideas to financial resources outside the U.S. Government, thereby increasing urban resilience to climate-related shocks and stressors in Asia.

Duration: The period of performance for the Contract is 7 years
