Description

The overall objective of the assignment is to enhance urban land management capacities in the selected municipalities of Albania through (1) preparation of regulatory plans in (Berat, Korça, Lushnje, Gjirokaster); and (2) on the job training and preparation of urban planning guidance manuals to enable regular update of the regulatory plans by the municipal staff.
