Description

Preparation of the TOR and assistance in the preparation of the RFP of Tasks C2.1, C2.6, C2.11;

• Technical Supervision of the final delivery of SMOK system development tasks;

• Assistance to IMGW Project Manager in supervision of plans and activities of contractors against a view of the entire system, which in effect means ensuring the compatibility of all system components;

• Assistance to IMGW Project Manager in assessment of the potential for cutting of financial, investment and operating cost without deterioration of the system performance;

• Assistance to IMGW Project Manager in the Quality Assurance of the entire system and its constituent parts; and

• Strengthening of IMGW’s institutional capacity.
