Detailed project description:

The aim of Agriculture, Farmer, and Rural Area Support project is to improve life quality of rural people, especially those living in disadvantage areas. The development objective is the participation in sustainable economy of people coming from ethnic minorities and poor households in poor commune and generation of profits for these people.

Detailed description of the assignment:

Provide technical supports to Provincial coordination unit (PCU) so that they can accelerate project implementation and response better the requirements from both donor and Government of Vietnam. The detail tasks include:

Desk review to understand the project in general and identify problems need to be addressed;

Advise the PCU in direction, coordination and management of project as assigning, transferring, and reallocating funds, payoff mode, HR, building AWPB 2015, monitoring, evaluating, and building progress report of project implementation;

Advise the PCU on strategies to implement 90-day plan and other agreed activities after midterm review to ensure progress and meet objective of project;

Technical support to assure the progress and quality of project key activities as well as helping development of exist strategic after project ends.
