Framework agreement with several operators

Short description:

The scope of the procedure is to sign contracts with all 3 — 5 star hotels in the Hague area (further defined in the selection criteria in the Invitation to tender) that fulfil the requirements, in order to cover Europol’s needs for hotel rooms, during the contract period. The outcome will be a cascade with three (3) separate lists with hotels (Hotel Lists). The hotels will be ranked on the Hotel Lists and Europol will follow the ranking when requesting room bookings. For more information on the use of the Hotel List, please see Procurement documentation. The ranking of the hotels on the Hotel Lists will be based on the outcome of this procurement procedure. There is no maximum number of hotels for the Hotel Lists.
