Description

Bid/Contract Description: Construction and installation of block CT1C

Scope of Contract: The works under this package include a 14-storey building block with one basement. The first floor is 4.2 m high, the second floor to fourteen floor is 3.3 m high, and the total number of apartments in the building block is 182. These blocks will be of reinforced concrete frame structure; drilling filling pile foundation (reinforced concrete # 300, D 0.8 -1.2m); brick wall, plastered by cement, lime mortard and painted by protective coatings.
