Description

The Training Needs Assessment will cover all the key training areas of the ARCAN Project thematic areas and the specific training needs in none health sectors in order to strengthen the requisite multi-sectoral and multi-partner response to HIV/AIDS in Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania mainland and Island. The needs assessment will collect data at the sub regional and national levels in which will form the basis of designing appropriate interventions in training and capacity building process and on the sustainability of the training outputs of the programs. The assessment will also focus on the specific needs for urban and rural areas. At micro level the Training Needs Assessment will provide self assessments to individual respondents on their training priorities in relation to workplace needs.
