The activities for “Training of Trainers (ToT) (in TVET institutions and private companies)” within the programme promotion of Economy and Employment through skills development is content of this tender process.

This includes

Design and implementation of core processes for a decentralized ToT-system together with Rwandan skills development actors

Continuation of upgrading of ToT training for Rwandan Master Trainers in TVET institutions and private enterprises

setting up of a Rwandan Master Trainer Pool, design and implementation of ToT courses in TVET institutions and private enterprises

all of the above is to be done within selected sectors according to the objectives and priority sectors of the Rwandan government: construction, ICT, renewable energy, agro-processing, arts and crafts, beauty and manufacturing.
