Description: Under lot 2 - Capacity-building for public authorities in the area of Good Governance: - develop and update capacity-building toolkits (grouped around 5 areas: democratic participation; modern and effective human resource management and leadership; institutional capacity and quality public services; sound financial management; and territorial and cross-border cooperation) – the full list is available at https://www.coe.int/en/web/good-governance/toolkits; - implement the above capacity-building tools, provide training courses, prepare indicators, conduct assessments, develop benchmarks, carry out needs analysis; - prepare and update the good governance index; - carry out a feasibility study on an indicator framework on trends and performance of countries in the field of public ethics; - prepare and deliver presentations, participate in conferences, workshops and other relevant events across Europe.
