Crime & Incident Reporting Consultancy.

1.After discussions with the CSP, CAPA and TTPS Executive, present a detailed work plan and methodology for implementation of the project as outlined below. 

Phase 2 – Internal sensitization and education

2.Produce promotional and education material on the purpose and usage of the crime and incident reporting forms, specifically for training of new officers at the Police Training Academy.

3.Co-ordinate execution of a multi-faceted internal public relations campaign within the TTPS to communicate the benefits of the crime and incident reporting forms as a means of increasing efficiency and public confidence in the TTPS.

Phase 3 – Reporting and Feedback

4.Develop and implement a feedback mechanism for internal stakeholders.

5.Provide a Final Report detailing activities undertaken and initial feedback from TTPS officers. Present the Final Report and the way forward to CAPA, TTPS Executive, Divisional Heads and CSP.
