Civil Society Facility - Civic Initiative and Capacity building - Protection and Integration of Street Children in Tirana

The global objective of this Call for Proposals is to strengthen civil society within participatory democracy, stimulating a civil society friendly environment and culture.

The specific objective of this Call for Proposals is to improve the capacity of CSOs to implement actions related to:

1 - fight against corruption and organized crime;

2 - environmental education and environment protection;

3 - support to vulnerable people (such as distressed women, street children, people with disabilities), minorities (with a particular focus on the Roma minority and the Egyptian community) as well as poor people.
