Description: Lot 8: Evaluation

Consultancy services in carrying out project and activity based evaluation

The indicative list of expected deliverables under Lot 8 is as follows (not exhaustive):
- Provide expertise for the collection of data in view of the individual project evaluations and project activities;
- Carry out on-site missions to the countries of implementation for the collection of data and meetings with the CoE staff and national authorities;
- Prepare plans of evaluation and carry out project and activity evaluations against the criteria set by the CoE;
- Present the results of evaluations to conferences, round-tables, workshops, consultation meetings and other relevant events with CoE national stakeholders

Duration: Until 23 May 2022 (Renewable for further terms of one year, up to a maximum total duration of five years).
